We’re excited to announce our upcoming 8-week Olympic Weightlifting course, designed to help athletes of all levels improve technique, and gain confidence in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk.

Course Format

This course is perfect for beginners, CrossFit athletes, strength trainers, or anyone who wants to learn and refine the Olympic lifts in a supportive setting.

Our course starts on Saturday the 11th of October to Saturday the 29th of November — 9.30am until 11am (90 minutes)

Located at Align Fitness and Massage, 4/110 Mornington Road, Mornington 7018

if you sign up before 6pm Sunday the 5th of October. (Full price $200)
