MOVEMENT is a supportive, low-impact class designed primarily for older adults, as well as anyone looking for a gentle and safe return to exercise.

Each session focuses on:

  • Improving mobility so everyday movements feel easier
  • Building strength to support joints and daily tasks
  • Enhancing balance to help prevent falls
  • Increasing confidence in how your body moves

Everything is coached clearly, with options to suit your ability, fitness level, and comfort.
